FAQ
Q: How to wash the vegetables?
A: Our vegetables don't need to worry about pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Since vegetables grow in natural soil, there is a good chance that the leaves or fruit will have sand or insects on them. It is recommended to soak the vegetables in water for 20 minutes first. Some people will add baking soda or white vinegar to the water, and then wash them several times before eat or cook.
Q: How do you price your product?
A: We will refer to the market price and adjust the price of the product according to the change of the season. In general, we hope that the price is relatively low, so that people who like these vegetables can buy them without burden. Due to the relatively high cost of this planting and harvesting method, our prices may sometimes be slightly higher than ordinary supermarkets. If customers find that our prices are too high or unaffordable, please let us know, and we will try our best to adjust or give discounts according to customers' economic conditions.
